ST. LOUIS – SAK Construction, LLC (SAK) has promoted Jack Boatman to the newly created position of senior vice president of government affairs.
Boatman will be responsible for developing strategies that address public policy trends impacting the company. Initially, he will develop and implement integrated federal, state and local government regulatory affairs programs. He will also launch initiatives to enhance SAK’s leadership in supporting Disadvantaged Business Enterprises(DBE) and a diverse workforce.
Boatman joined SAK in 2009 in a senior position in business development. He has more than 30 years of executive experience in collaborating with government entities in earlier positions with Boeing Company (previously McDonnell Douglas) and Aegion Corp. (previously Insituform).
